Withdraw with Touch 'n Go:

  • The amount allowed for withdrawal to Touch 'n Go are RM10, RM20, RM50, and RM100 only.
  • Once the withdrawal is successful, a Touch 'n Go reload PIN will be sent to your registered email, please make sure that your email address is entered correctly before you make the withdrawal request.

 

Withdraw with Boost:

  • If the phone number of your registered e-wallet is different from your GETBATS registered phone number, GETBATS will send you a verification email to verify your withdrawal request, kindly check your inbox/spam/junk.

 

Withdraw with MCash:

  • The amount allowed for withdrawal to MCash are RM10, RM20, RM50, and RM100 only.

You shall request to cash out rebates with minimum when your accumulated rebates balance reaches RM10.00 or above.

On average, you should receive your Rebates in your e-wallet account within 3-5 working days.
