Frequently Asked Questions

  • Rebate is calculated excluding all taxes, shipping charges, discounts, promo code applied, gift card purchase, e-wallet top ups, telco top ups, credits utilized, utilities, service charges, points redemption etc.
  • Returns, exchanges, and cancellations will not be awarded with rebates.
  • Rebate is captured on an item-by-item basis (not total bill of the transaction), please note that if the price of the item/product bought is too low, the rebate might not be captured.
  • Some values may not be reported accurately. If so, the final amount will be amended upon confirmation of rebates if necessary.
  • Rebates will be tracked and reflected in 1 to 3 days.
  • Instant rebates will be credited after the merchant's cooling-off period, typically within 3 days to 30 days.
  • Rebates will be paid on legitimate transactions only.
  • Limited amount of instant rebates allocated by GETBATS, instant rebates will be automatically converted to normal rebates once the amount allocated is fully claimed.
  • Accounts that engage in fraudulent orders/activities, such as gaming or cheating the system will be banned and all rebates forfeited.
  • GETBATS reserves the right to amend, hold or cancel the withdrawal rebates if any suspicious transactions found.
  • If your purchase is in foreign currency, there may be a slight discrepancy in your purchase total due to currency exchange.
  • Whilst the vast majority of transactions from merchants track successfully, occasionally a transaction may not get reported. If you believe this to be the case, please submit a 'Missing Rebate' query within 30 days of the transaction, as we will be unable to chase up older claims.
  • Please note that some merchants may not be forthcoming with untracked rebates. We endeavour to chase untracked rebates but reserve the right to halt enquiries at any time.
  • GETBATS's ability to pay rebate on an order is dependent on the Merchant paying GETBATS first. Unfortunately, at times for various reasons, the Participating Merchant does not recognise an order as valid and as such would not pay GETBATS for it. While we typically seek to make a case before the Merchant for payment, unfortunately, we are unable to credit rebate unless and until such payment is received.
